  • We begin with an in-depth conversation about your health history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. We may observe how you move or breathe to understand your body’s unique patterns.

  • Based on our talk, we design a custom yoga practice just for you. This isn’t a “one-size-fits-all” routine; it may include specific movements, breathing techniques, or relaxation exercises tailored to your 1-2 primary concerns.

  • We will walk you through your personalised practice, ensuring every movement feels safe and comfortable. You will receive clear instructions (and often take-home materials) so you can confidently practice on your own between sessions.

  • In follow-up sessions, we check in on your progress. We "fine-tune" the practice as your body changes and your needs evolve, making sure the tools remain effective and manageable for your lifestyle.

  • The ultimate goal is to give you the skills and confidence to manage your own wellbeing. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your body and a practical toolkit to help you thrive every day.
