1. Services & Scope
Reset Therapeutic Yoga provides yoga therapy, group classes, and corporate wellness. We are not medical doctors; our services are complementary and do not replace professional medical advice.

2. Client Responsibility & Medical Clearance

• You must provide accurate health information prior to your first session.

• You represent that you are medically fit to participate and have consulted a physician where necessary.

• It is your responsibility to notify the instructor of any changes to your physical or mental health.

3. Payment & Cancellations

• Payment: All fees must be paid in full prior to the session.

• Cancellation (1:1): At least 24–48 hours' notice is required to avoid a late cancellation fee.

• Group Hubs: Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled class upon request by you.

4. Liability Waiver (Assumption of Risk)
By participating, you acknowledge that yoga involves physical exertion and inherent risks. To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, Reset Therapeutic Yoga is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or property damage sustained during or after participation.

5. Conduct
We maintain a safe, inclusive space. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour toward the instructor or other participants may result in exclusion from the session without a refund.

6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
