In a Vinyasa-flow private session at Reset, we elevate the traditional practice into a high-precision, rhythmic moving meditation. This is a dynamic style of yoga where each movement is consciously tethered to a specific breath, creating a seamless, fluid transition from one posture to the next.
Unlike a crowded studio class, a private Vinyasa session is calibrated to your unique biometric rhythm. We focus on building heat and strength while maintaining a calm, regulated nervous system—proving that you can move with intensity without triggering a "fight-or-flight" response.
Classes are 60-minutes in duration and with Reset’s decentralised therapeutic yoga model, these can be facilitated in your own home; in person or online or face-to-face at our regional studio location.

In a Relaxation class at Reset, we move away from the intensity and effort of dynamic movement and embrace grounding practices that are engineered to down-regulate a hyper-vigilant nervous system.
Unlike ‘stretching’, a Relaxation class is a dedicated practice of passive release. We use long-held, floor-based postures supported by props to target the deep connective tissues and send a clear signal to your brain that it is safe to let go.
